Ok, so I'm perusing through the morning online papers and I see that the State Of Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles is going to grant the University of Florida alumni in the state a vanity plate featuring the roadkill of a mascot! WHAT IN THE BLUE HELL?!?!?!?! It's bad enough they are already allowing Auburn University to the same. Now granted Auburn is just over the border, but it is still in Alabama.
I'm sorry folks, but I always thought of the vanity plates for schools as a special privilege for those that choose to work in the state in which they went to school. Someone here at work just said (yeah I'm venting out loud, not just on the blog) that if that is the case, then you should have to be alumni to get one as well. I'm fine with that too. I will gladly walk into the tag office with my degree (Frame, Tassel and all) to claim my UGA tag........in GEORGIA!!! I wonder what what happen if I tried to get a Dawg Tag in Florida? They would laugh me out of the state.

And to those of my friends that are Florida alumni, congrats. Even though I thoroughly dislike your team, I still respect your school pride. Put those tags on your car proudly. Just be prepared when a Silver Tacoma or a Red Mustang (Hopefully), or any car driven by a member of the DAWG NATION blows by you with horns honking and you hear the words, "GO DAWGS, SIC EM WOOF WOOF WOOF!".
And for those of my friends that aren't Florida alumni, but just Florida fans......... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?!?!?!
And please, no comments about the past 15 years and how you guys have one most of the games. You are 2-2 the last four, but we should just look at the overall record anyway............45-37-2. And guess who has the 45..... Hint: Move Over Gators and Let The Big Dawg Eat!!
