St. Patty’s Day Weekend
Alpharetta
Wild Wing Café 3/17 & 3/18

Whazup up peeps?!?! OJJ is back. After a month long break, to let The Dock Martin’s get some playin time in, The Fox was back in action at one of our favorite place, The Alphy Wing.

When I got there to set up it was already pizzacked to the gizzills! You would of thought we had just gone on break. It was nuts! As I was setting up peeps were constantly asking me what time we went on. As I would tell them 10:15, many would remark about how they been there since 4:00 o’clock. Talk about some dedicated friends! It was good to see most of the Alpharetta SCF regulars out there. Even though, that place always has a crowd, we really do appreciate the people that make it out specifically to see us.

When the Fox finally took the stage, it was mayhem. The pizzeople where dancing on tables and such. No Jackie Diamond this weekend, he was home n Brooklyn judging the annual Jackie Diamond Scholarship dance contest. Rolo had a green fro, Chest was wearing a green bowtie and your truly was sporting a green feather boa, with lights. I think Disco Stu was drinkin’ green beers behind the kit.

At the end of the night, I was informed by Doc, that that night was a record night. I know that St. Patty’s helped a lot, but it don’t matter. The record night is a Stone Cold Fox night. We finally took the crown back from Slippery.

The next night, my boy Juicy Fruit and his gang of Englishmen, Played their 80’s stuff. Most of the staff and the band predicted a slow night. Being the night after St. Patty’s, we all thought most would be too worn out to come out. Well, the dance floor was pretty much empty when we got started. The first two songs, no one danced. The third song, one girl danced. But when Boogaloo played Rock This Town, The dance floor was packed. By the 4th or 5th song it was about like usual. At break time, you couldn’t even walk from the side of the stage to the bar. The wait staff even had to come through the back room to get to that side of the room.

A lot of our friends came out that night as well. Thanks, Jeff, Niki, Robin, Meestor Todd, Jenn (My Gangsta!), Ashlee, Skelly, Scotti.

All in all, a great weekend at one of our favorite places.

Next week, Augusta with the Dock Martins, Electric Boogaloo, and the White Leppard Crue!

The next Stone Cold Fox show will be @ the Suwanee, GA wing on April Fools Day.

Hope to see you fellow pimps there.
